From my experience switching between Pomodoro and Flowtime technique is great. Pomodoro can help you with task you don't like to do or your are forced to do. But Flow time uses Flow state . I think we can learn anything using flow state but it takes some time for our brain to get into flow just like we warm up our muscles before work out our brain also needs some time to get into flow and peform at its maximum potential. FUN Fact - Our brain craves flow state . My personal observation - Mastering flow not only enchances learning but it also enchances overall happiness and mental well being.
