Seems like Coach has made the right Olympic roster selection. I was thinking Franz should be the one based on their very different performances from last major WTT tournament.

Dang played well & put a lot of preset to WCQ . Congrats WCQ to the final .

Dan played the best game against Wang in this match. His placement and pace change gave Wang lots of trouble and made him uncomfortable. On the other hand, Wang has been in a moderate slump recently even though he kept winning most of the time but he has been struggling and not shown his usual dominant form. Maybe that's normal for an elite player who had been in the top form for quite a while. Fan Zhengdong went through the same pattern previously and now he seems has returned to the top form(he just swept the red hot Hugo in the semi). Not a bad thing for Wang if he can readjust and recover before the Olympic.

Both Asians from different countries are truly impressive to watch. Qiu sure giving Wang a wakeup call,... Qiu: Hey! You, from China wake up or you will get beaten.

Dang qiu really is a strange guy. Sometimes, he plays extremely well and beats top level players, or performs like this against nr1, but sometimes, he almost loses to players that are barely in the top 50.

Watching the entire series, WCQ threw most of his points away. He was playing impatiently. I'm not sure why he did that. He probably had a bad mood or something. Carry on this attitude and he will lose to Fan in the finals no doubt.

Why are comments and keywords being censored on this video? Anticipated a backlash and trying to protect your poster boy? Why do the ref/wtt keep pretending not to see those shady srves by wang chuqin? He keeps hiding the ball from his opponents using his body with his srves and that gives him an extremely significant and unfair advantage over his opponents. In this match he started using shady srves from the fourth set onwards after falling behind in the previous sets. So many players have complained about the srves already and you keep allowing them. I know you have a lot of Chinese sponsors and LGL as your big daddy but no one's gonna take your sport seriously if you keep allowing such unsportsmanlike behavior.

Unlike most Wang's fans, I'm very disappointed with WCQ today. He makes very amateur mistakes, taking poor shot selections, looks very impatient. Probably the worst WCQ I've seen. Horrible attitude from Wang, it almost seems like Dang is his lifelong enemy. If this continues, Fan will take over his number 1 spot.
