Wow. The way you explained this felt like I was getting a reading lol. Commitment and focus can be hard to maintain when our emotions are all over the place. Clarity and commitment enters our life, when we choose to not stay stuck in one emotion, that keeps the past repeating. We cannot breathe with our heads under water so, we gotta come back up for air eventually. When we do come back up for air, we can breathe again and think more responsibly so we can continue to move forward with nothing holding us back.
