During these times with so much arising in the collective, the Divine beckons us to soothe and relax our hearts, minds, bodies, and nervous systems.
Beloved, allow these sacred sounds to transport you to a sacred space of deep rest, relaxation, ease, and grace.
I invite you to pause, relax, and breathe deeply. When we do this as a community, we become beacons of love, trust, and surrender. We then become sacred offerings of healing for the collective at this time.

My past being the military life, I’ve not ever had peace in my life. Hearing your sounds brings me internal peace and lead me on the journey of finally finding me. I want myself back please. I didn’t realize how much I needed myself. My hyperempathy and my wrath both, are me. Now I’m just left in pieces, unable to recall the me I was meant to be. I feel sick to my stomach over the abuse I’ve been through but her humming helps calm me down and soothe me

I agree with Grace below, it is a heartache to now live on this unfamiliar changing Earth which has in the past given me such wonderful adventures and friends. I meditate for hours walking and sitting like never before. Evil is so close.

It's up to us to be beacons of light, good, and the Divine in this world. We can get bogged down by focussing on the negative, or we can understand that the only way to fight darkness is by spreading light. Your light may not seem like enough, but that is exactly why we must band together as one soul family to inspire each other and create a safe space of love and peace.

This beautiful meditation took me on a journey for my higher self took my hand and lead me up into the ethreals with 100,000 angels hovering above the earth. Interesting, the problem is to prove it through our own bodies and lives. Paramahansa Yogananda once said, if you break a bone and you are able to heal it instantly, this means you know God. He also said that out of one million people only one thousand feel an inner call and out of those one thousand only one knows God. I have never experienced God, but I know peace and clarity exist for certain.

I have always loved the way you send vibrational frequency and sound out into the universe it's what I do with mother earth to but in my own way so we all share really it all leads back to the same source or pond life energy . And being a full moon one makes my heart sing as my birth stone is moonstone and I feel so drawn to the moon in ways I still do not fully understand. This video has a much different energy than previous ones. You can feel the heartache, the plea to the divine for healing and peace. It brought me to tears. I can't explain it as an empath what I'm feeling- and seeing in my mind, it's like angels crying for Humanity, and it's being channeled through Mei-lan..... 🥺💔
