@@vishepuwotsa5185nope..His passive was overpowered in 2018-2019 but people doesn't really know how to use him yet then..They started to use and he became the meta on early 2020 and right after people starting to use him he got nerfed.2018-2019 people often ban Johnson,grock,chou,yss,claude esme and selena..Mid 2018 johnson because of patrick influence on johnson.Bruno and nata was also frequently banned after they got their revamp on 2019 if im not mistaken

I think, when saying they counter fanny, people mean that their skills counter her, not the build. Yeah you could build tank or whatever the fuck you want, but the fact that they can limit the ways, fanny can use her cables means that they counter her. Also you can also say that making her build tanky is countering her, after all we default to building damage on her because that's what she's good at, dishing out a fuck ton of damage while flying around with AoT OP playing in the background.

@@MarkZuckerberg69896 "when she first came", there has been a LOT of changes since then, to her as well as the other heroes and the map. And as I just said with my comment earlier, just the fact that people defaults to the damage says a lot of things already. Without heroes that counter her fanny is literally as free as a bird if you can pilot her well, but with khuf, kaja, etc. they are picked to stop her from dashing around, dealing damage almost for free. Her building tank just lets her survive getting locked, just to dash around again when there are no more skills to lock her down, dealing considerably lower damage(since she's), but still very high because of her passive I guess.
