I was thinking the same thing!😒 He made a world of difference and there wasn't even the slightest happiness or gratitude in her eyes, just an automatic "What about my nose??" Some people are never happy...after the nose, she'll probably still look sourpussed and ask "what about my BBL now?"

Why the Mom looks so confused even after telling her that a rhinoplasty cannit be done at the time . Still she have the dumbness to ask but why ?? Her result is very good but they look so unhappy . They have some kind of mental problems those tends to always feel not good enough . They literally needs a psychotherapy first .

Да, врач молодец , он очень аккуратен с чертами лица , все носы разные. А мамаша чем недовольна ? Надо было рожать дочь с правильным лицом .. Или она хотела европейское лицо ? Но врач сделал все идеально..
