Thank you! I tried really hard to let her not worry about me, I tried to get off when I was on her back but then she sat down. And then I just waited. And yes we are both ok just a little scared. Later that day she went back out and terrorized the pasture like normal lol

i normally don't comment but i felt like commenting most of the time people don't have enough time to think about what they're doing when something like this happens, which is alright and normal. but oh my goodness, you grabbed the horse's neck, didn't yank the reins, adjusted your seat, and did the smoothest dismount afterwards. 11/10 amazing

I agree! I wish I would’ve said something about it. I was kind of nervous about it myself, and riding a horse that has struggled with confidence in the past, I don’t think that is a great idea. Also it was supposed to be a bounce which is even more crazy! My 2nd trainer went too far that day 😕

@@IRL-ponyexactly js absolutely not like a horse needs a bit more landing nd speed to go into an oxer. definitely say smth next time!!

You handled that very nicely!! I love how you immediately went to your horse after that happened. Resently i have been struggling with stuff like that and its really hard. The reason im struggling with this is because im not looking forward, im looking down at the jump. I don't know if it was the same for you, but you handled that very nicely. Im so glad you and your horse are ok!! ❤️
@IRL-pony2 ай бұрын
My 2nd trainer tried to get me and pony to do that as a bounce, and it was too far apart to be a bounce and too big. And after I fell I noticed she was holding one of her feet up so I checked for any scratches or anything like that, and I just hugged her and told her thank you for trying her best.

She’s such a good girl! She tried her hardest but I didn’t tell her correctly that it was a bounce, and that jump was pretty big for a bounce! And it didn’t help that it was spread out too far. And I leaned…so basically I did everything wrong 😂

@@kelseyANDroxie yes he has actually trained Grand Prix riders, he just wanted Boo to open up her strides, but she had a tiring lesson the day before. These things can happen with any trainer, especially the ones that have more faith in you than you do in yourself. ❤ Have you ever watched "A Sunday Horse" ? if so then you would know who Debbie is, this trainer KNOWS Debbie!!
