Here is the Full Restoration an Antique British Motorcycle of 1963... "A Triumph Tiger Cub". As We Found it, I immediately purchased this from an Old School Uncle and took it to my Garage. And Now, This is the Time for what I was waiting, We started an Amazing Restoration of this Enchanting Beauty. Its a 4 Stroke 200cc Motorcycle, I can't Imagine ! So, I Hope you also Love this beauty.
I also want to tell you that I'm Really very thankful for every single supporter of us. Also give me feedbacks, after watching the video. In the End, I wanna thanks you again for watching this video.

I had a cub in the 60s when I was a young lad, it took me back to those times, what an immaculate build, thanks for showing. I still remember its registration number it was OXV 96

Thank you for restoring this little classic. At one time I had no less than 11 of these in a collection, had a Kawasaki triple 500 too and often my wife and I would trundle off on little Tiger Cubs for fun, she rode one as well. Grand little bikes, some well known riders started their careers on a tuned Cub, not many weak points if given a little loving attention. Wonder if. SL 7025 still exists. Did mine black and silver, mostly the earlier version with the contact breaker etc behind the cylinder.

Agreed. These skills are in short supply, and to be honest, our need as a species to stop making and consuming junk (in quality and character) has never been greater. Yes! I said it. Fixing and restoring our stuff is GREEN.

Skillset is one thing, this dude has ; a spotter, sandblasting equipement, a lathe, powdercoating equipement, pullers, spray guns, and so on. Stuff like that is hella expensive.

Fantastic. Back in the day, the Tigercub wasn't taken as seriously as the larger models with most being owned by either very young men or old men who just liked to commute and stuff so many did not survive and so it's great to see you restore this one to as good a finish as Triumph ever did. It looks fantastic mate and you should be proud to take this old Tigercub virtually as scrap and restore her beautifully, I would be.

I don’t need to tell you how gorgeous the end result is. Watching this video I’m simultaneously struck by all the skills you’ve acquired to pull this off and thinking how much fun you were having while doing this restoration. I want to salute the monstrous patience you have to do everything and not succumb to the desire to rush to see results. Truly glorious.

Wow! fabulous work. I'm a bit surprised that you can find valves and clutch plates for this thing but you had to make your own gaskets. This is the first time I've seen that type of dent puller you used on the tank. Very cool.

I am without words, totally. Due to my disability, I know I could not rebuild that. Your test drive being so easy showed all your true love for motorcycles and how you care for things. My father gave me a 1979 Vespa P200e. 2cycle 150cc. Has oil tank and gas tank, it mixes itself. He bought it used and has only 800 total miles on it. He put it in a barn and kick started it often each year. Before passing he gave it tome as I forgot he had it. A lot of chrome(basket,rear rack, and such. Front fender dented slightly from a kid wrecking in gravel . Seat dry rotted. I pray one day to find someone to restore it. Rechrome the parts, buff out paint May work except front fender. Erwirke and the regular restore with solid bike! Vespa offered to restore for $8,000.00 (UN-SEEN). I CANNOT AFFORD NEAR THAT. I LIVE IN USA /GEORGIA. THAT IS (THE) ONLY THING HE GAVE. ME AND I LOVE IT! I JUST PRAY I CANGET IT RESTORED! WE ARE GOING TO GOLD BACKED CURRENCY THIS YEAR SOON 2023. Prices should drop drastically. Maybe then if I find someone as good as you are! Alton

A couple of thoughts on this rebuild come to mind. I did not see one drop of oil put on any parts during the engine rebuild, Normally you do not leave the parts dry as it would be running metal to metal until the oil pump circulates oil around all the parts! Also The frame and swinging arm were taken down to bare metal then the gloss coat was applied straight onto that bare metal? Other parts like the mudguards were bare metal but primed (with filler/ primer I presume ) before the top coat applied. Those things struck me as odd in an otherwise very good restoration! One final thing, It is a magic Tiger Cub!!! near the end we hear a cub running but it didn't have a key in the ignition now was there any exhaust smoke or shaking, (They all shake at tickover)!!!!!

Audio was a tad weird the whole way through and by the end turned into what sounded like a longer version of when he span the front wheel, or maybe not putting piston rings on the piston caught up with the lack of oil and he had to ride it with the clutch pulled in to stop it doing wheelies past the Honda C70 out of shot, anyones guess really, after all, for every old school front wheel silence is golden. tbh almost all of these type of video's have a lack of reality to a lesser or greater extent, the before pictures never seem real but somehow all look a similar level of unreal, i.e on this one what's left of the front wheel has been put back in the wrong way round and fire seems to have ignored the seat foam but taken a liking to melting seat vinyl on the petrol tank? still in the after I guess a 'wow, fantastic, great, beautiful, brilliant work' is all we're supposed to say.

This has just taken me straight back to 1975 when I bought a very similar 1965 T20c (the C models had points ignition instead of a magneto) from a friend in the same village as me in Leicestershire. Mine had the slightly better looking chrome bowl headlight instead of the faired in headlight you have here. What an amazing job!!

What a coincidence!! Last weekend, I was at a motorcycle rally which included a small show -- some "run whatcha brung" and some museum-quality restoration bikes. There were two beautiful Tiger Cubs (it appeared with different displacement as the barrel on one appeared slightly larger than the other - I couldn't locate the owners to ask). One was sky-blue with white and one was silver with black, both in perfect condition -- your red with silver would have been a great match. . It's a treat to see what you've done to this little Triumph!

what beauty, no not the motercycle well its ok. No Im talking about the beauty of the craftmanship. I have tryed both and its a hell of a lot easyer to build somthing from scratch than to restore to make it as good as or better than new.

I had 11 of these at one time, various models from the first onwards. Even had 150 c c Terrier version. Lovely little motors, so tuneable, strong and reliable if looked after. Sorry just seen I already wrote earlier, 81 years old now and memory not quite as sharp.
