A lot of what you see on this 1k is optional equipment. The elka shocks you can get but it’s not standard. Same with the windshield, light bar, slip on exhaust and 4 point harness. You still get a ton of features. And for those who say the ride is kinda rough stock, you can swap on Polaris rzr or arctic cat springs and it glides👌🏼

I love my CF Moto I just bought my Z force back last spring and yes it be a Chinese even the day that I purchased it and I wrote out the check and yes I paid cash it was hard to swallow but with 3 to 4 years doing research on the company let alone the KZfaq videos I saw of how they got abused in Russia I went for it and I’m extremely happy and here in the US the warranty is not quite giving but for around $1100 more I got a five year unlimited mileage hundred dollar deductible bumper to bumper extended warranty to me that’s money well worth spent Even if I never have to use it which I probably well and anybody that’s in motorsports knows a grand can get sucked up pretty quickly

I have a 2017 800ex eps. I have about every accessory you can get to go on it and I still have less in it than it would have cost me to buy a 900s rzr. I ride with a large group that all have rzr's. We ride all over East Tn and Ky. We ride all the black trails and do a ton of rock crawling. My machine has earned the respect of everyone I've rode with, and I'm yet to be towed out of the woods. I do not abuse my machine but it does get rode hard. If u maintain it, it will last. They reason I bought a Cfmoto was the amount of machine you get for your money, build quality, I didn't want to be another rzr floozy, and I got tired of waiting on Honda. I would buy another Cfmoto tomorrow. If the dealer network was better, and they advertised more, it would help.

Very nice review. You actually helped influence my decision to buy a 2019 Zforce 1000 and it's definitely living up to my expectations in almost every department with the exception of one. When I was test driving at the dealer the sales person showed me how to shift into and out of 4 wheel drive while moving. It worked just fine and I did the same thing on our first few rides, also with no problems, clunking or noises. I was reading through the manual today and see that you are supposed to be stopped while shifting into and out of 4WD! What a huge blunder in engineering in my opinion. I was wondering if you guys shifted on the fly or did you stop every time to engaged 4WD? Thanks.
@mattredd9663
@mattredd9663 4 жыл бұрын
You can shift on the fly but it's not as easy on the differential. My 96 chevy had shift on the go 4x4 but doing it at high speed does do damage or wear how ever you wanna look at it.

@@mattredd9663 thanks for the input! since I posted that question I visited the dealer where it was purchased and they told me to not shift under power or when the rear wheels are slipping and it will be no problem. So, serious question. I will be able to afford a X3 RC in about 4 months. I've kinda just got my mind set on one. History on me. Used to race motocross. I own a H2 I off-road some. My street bike is a GSXR 1000. I've went 183mph on it. I've never ridden in a side by side. I just know that I want one. I'm 48, have a low grade luekemia and that I am going to buy one of these. Knowing me, I want a X3 RC. I will probably just be trail riding for the most part, however, trail riding to me is different than most people's idea of it. I'm pretty hard core when it comes to "toys". As far as I am concerned they only have two throttle positions, wide open or off. (Within reason). So, would I become bored with a CFmoto quickly, especially if I found people to ride with or, I think I know the answer, I need the X3 or it's equivalent. However, do you think that the cf would be good enough for me. Maybe knowing that I'm very introverted and prefer to keep to myself plays an issue? ( If I don't know better....... Thing. But, I'm going to want to drive what ever I buy harder than most guys in my league.) Your thoughts would be appreciated and taken as just that, your thoughts. Probably opening a can of worms here. Lol

You just want to make sure your dealer has parts and service readily available in the event that you need a repair. We've heard some horror stories of guys going with off-name brands, breaking something and then being done for the season because the dealer couldn't fix their vehicle. Ask those questions, read forums, do your homework. 8 grand is still 8 grand.

i am very interested in why in the Land of Israel they have preferred to import the cf800 for several years, and not import the cf1000 In Eretz Israel there is one big importer who prefers to bring the Z800 because it is cheaper but the money it charges us customers is beyond the price paid for the vehicle worldwide. We in the Land of Israel pay more and receive less - too bad! Is it possible to treat this problem forever? I want to get what a customer gets in Canada in the US in Japan in Australia. Is there a written agreement of what the customer who buys this vehicle will receive? And where to go to complain about an unfair sale Thanks . This comment was translated by Google

I have a 2016 zforce. The machine is terrible. Had issues with the brakes,engine, and the fan. After these 3 isssues where fixed the engine blew. I got screwed around by cf moto. Was not till the better business bureau was involved that machine got fixed....10months later. Yes that is right. 1 st year of owning it, was at the dealership getting (fixed) for a total of 11months. Save your money, do not buy this product.

Won't make it to 1000 miles. This machine is great if your an 75 year old woman driving it like a golf cart. Push it like a Polaris or Honda it'll break, and good luck fixing it once it does.

Im confused at why people like you exist. Ive got a Cforce 500, 800 and a zforce 800ex and i have over 1500 miles on all of them. you take care of maintenance like you should and dont abuse the piss out of them and anything will last.

Only 11 inches of travel, no thanks.
@mattredd9663
@mattredd9663 4 жыл бұрын
This side by side is not as large as the rzr so you dont need 16 inches of travle to compensate for all the extra weight the other 1000s carry.

@@mattredd9663 Suspension travel has nothing to do with weight. If that were true dirt bikes would only have a couple inches. Travel has to do with higher speed over uneven ground

@@nikkastellorizios6585 Polaris i have been told by the mechanic from Yamaha is the only thing that keeps them in business in the winter with the repairs and have been told the same by a good many Mechanics.. I own Yamaha Wolverine 2016 & love it. Traded my 2009 Rhino on it and had oevr 28000 klms on it.I had a lot of good long rides on that thing in the mountains. Very Reliable. Wore out 2 stators on it , they will probably go around the 11000-12000 klms . I lost the first one at just over 11000 and the second at just over 230000 Drive belt went after about 19000-20000 klms. Honda,Yamaha Kawasaki you can't go wrong.IMO

Yeah, that's full on Canadian retail but still you can buy a Rzr 900 S for a lot less than that. I just saw an ad for a local dealer and they had a brand new 2018 Rzr 900 S Eps for $13,199. My local Textron dealer has a brand new Wildcat Sport eps for $11,599. Granted the 700cc twin has a little less power than either of those but its plenty for most, 63 hp is what it claims I think. Its way faster than the 800cc Rzrs were. Its basically the same amount of power the Z Force 800 produces.

Greg Rowe true but do they come with the winch, doors, adjustable shocks and roof?
@gregrowe1168
@gregrowe1168 6 жыл бұрын
Still would be like 5 grand less for the Wildcat Sport. The only thing you would have to add is the winch and roof and turn signals. Adjustable shocks are a gimmick anyway. And it wouldn't be Chinese. It might be the best Chinese brand out there but Chinese still and has always meant lower quality. And in this case, it doesn't even cost less. A lose-lose if you ask me.

The test vehicle in this video has many options that AJ says are standand..........well, they aren't. The roof, LED roof light, mid-height windshield and the Elka stage 3 and 4 shocks are all extra cost items. I have the 1000 and it leaks oil everywhere worse than a Harley Davidson. The build quality is reasonable, but nowhere near what you get with a BRP, Polaris, Yamaha, etc. These are dirty and extremely noisy machines and the shifting of the transmission is total garbage. My experience with my dealer has been horrible and repeated calls/emails to CF Moto have gone without reply. If you buy one, throw the owners manual they supply in the garbage. All they did was put a different cover on the 800 model manual which is a completely different engine and transmission. You can find the proper electronic version online.
