DO NOT TOUCH the threads of the the engine block!! Try the new bolts if the go in by hand easily do not re-thread the holes especially on aluminum one. The threads are factory tight for a reason.

Hi Evgeni! With this process, we only clean the dirt and oil threads because we use the same step and the same size of the cylinder head bolts. We do not make new threads. My Golf 4 1.6i, wen I start the car, it idle very well, for about 5 munites, but we i rave it, it goes off, or wen i drive, the munite I try to stop, it goes off on its own. Wat could be the problem

Hola buenas 🙋🏻‍♂️ , quería saber en donde se encuentra la marca número 2 de sincronización de la distribución que corrobora en el video . Una se encuentra en la polea de el árbol de levas pero la otra no logró distinguir en qué parte del motor está . Min 22:19 . Espero que me puedas contestar de antemano muchas gracias 🙋🏻‍♂️ , excelente trabajo y muy limpio 🧼.

Hola Emilio! La segunda marca de sincronización se encuentra en un registro que lleva la caja de cambios en la parte superior. A la hora de Montar la polea de el árbol de levas, que se suele quedar atrasada pará luego buscar el punto de calado tirandole al árbol de levas con llave fija,o es adelantada es indiferente ese paso?

Hola! La idea es montar directamente el árbol de levas en una posición próxima a la de calado. Después, debido a que la polea se fija al árbol de levas por medio de una chaveta, la polea ya queda muy próxima a la posición de calado. De todas formas, como bien has dicho, sería indiferente siempre y cuando no se encuentre ningún pistón en punto muerto superior para que al girar la polea no toquen pistones y válvulas. 🖥️ facebook.com/AjusaSpain 📸 instagram.com/ajusa_automotive/

Hola! Excelente video. Tengo unas preguntas, los pernos o tornillos de culata (cabeza del motor) ¿Por qué los sustituye? ¿Los pernos antiguos están averiados? ¿Se pueden reutilizar? Saludos!

Buenos días Cristian. Muchas gracias por tu comentario. Todo aquel tornillo que cuente con apriete angular no se puede reutilizar dado que durante el apriete se estiran. En este caso los tornillos de culata deberían ser sustituidos. Hi, thanks for sharing. I have a VW Bora with1.6L AEH engine. When I start the car, you see coolant return into the Reservoir from the return line . But after running the car for some time, the coolant starts bubbling inside the reservoir tank. And there is no more coolant returning from the return line. I have changed the water pump, thermostat and the radiator fans, but this did not fix the problem. On the dashboard, the temperature stays at 90•C but with a scanner, you get over 110•C. I have also bypassed the heater core. There is no oil water mixture in the reservoir bottle or when you remove the dip stick. Pls what could be the possible cause of this anomaly. Thanks.

Good day. I want to ask about the moment of tightening the camshaft on the BSE 1.6 Mpi 75kw engine? And should I use the same tightening procedure as in your video? (angle tightening) I found only 6Nm - 90 Thank you.

Any idea why my BFQ 1.6 isn't circulating coolant in the radiator? I swapped out thermostat and now the car heats up faster but also overheats faster. Circulation in heater core is good since the only way I can keep driving without hitting over 100C is to keep cabin heat on HIGH. To my knowledge there is no oil mixing in coolant or coolant in oil.. Also it seems like the coolant system isn't generating *enough* pressure. The hoses are soft and both upper and lower radiator coolant hoses never get hot. When you pump the hoses there seems to be some flow, but it stops basically immediately after...

Hi! Possibly your vehicle has a problem with the coolant pump, the circuit needs to be purged of air. Best regards

@@AjusaAutomotive I think I actually realized the thermostat only opens at 110C ! With my short driving it usually doesn't even get there, hence the cold pipes...

yo tengo el mismo motor en mi golf hace un tienpo repare el moto y le coloque junta de amiento .no me comvencio mucho ya qe la debimos tirar dos veses . la de chapa para colocarla tambien debo sepillar la superficie del blok. o solo la tapa

Hola! Las juntas Ajusa son de fibra inorgánica, que nada tiene que ver con el amianto, dado que éste material está prohibido actualmente. Siempre que se realice la sustitución de la junta de culata, es necesario limpiar ambas superficies, de culata y bloque, de cualquier resto de suciedad que pueda contener. Para ello se pueden utilizar líquidos limpiadores y herramientas blandas que no dañen ni formen marcas en la superficie. sir i have to change spark plugs and wires in my car , looks for me like i gotta remove intake manifold to change sparks 2 & 3 , is it true? :/

+NORDD 46 Of course, this work will be easier if you remove the manifold. Anyway, if you can access to the sparks 2 & 3 with an articulated spark plug wrench you could do it but if not, unfortunately you will have to remove the manifold. Thank you for watching our videos!

Hola Izaque! Cojinete de ciqueñal: 1 etapa 45Nm , 2 etapa 90º. Cojinete de cabeza de biela: 1 30Nm , 2 90º Un saludo

+Rafa Cuestas , muchas gracias por tu comentario. A los alojamientos de los tornillos en el bloque motor se les pasa un macho de roscar, de la misma métrica y paso de los tornillos, para limpiar la zona roscada de posibles restos de óxido, carbonilla,etc. De ésta forma, dejamos la superficie de rosca en perfectas condiciones para el correcto apriete posterior.

It is on the gearbox, on the drivers side. The hole in the casing to look at the flywheel. There is a cover fron new usually on gasoline engines.
