Really really hope I can save enough to get over before they are fully retired. never meant the 373 until 6th grade on a project of the channel tunnel, out of pure luck really, I had no clue what it was until I started the project. ever since the 373 has been my favorite high speed electric class type. Thank you

are the 373s retiring soon if they are then what train is due to replace them

The 374 trains are running alongside them, and have been for several years. It was thought that the 373's would go at the end of 2023, but it seems they'll be around for a few more years yet - which is good news! The 373's are made by Alstom, a French firm also responsible for the TGV trains. The 374's are made by German firm Siemens.
