Lifelong Manchester United supporter here (1982, age 12, in Canada). How do you say a bad word about the man? He inherited a mess, and returned it to it's former pride. Never a wiff of breaching financial fair play rules. Always defended his players, and accepted responsibility upon himself. Always the first to extend respect and praise upon his opponents. Successfully managed big egos. Brought in the right players, in the right positions, at the right time. Somehow kept a smile on his face, and a sincerely positive attitude with the media. His personal motivations for his decision being entirely irrelevant - he provided his employer and surrounding team with ample notice to make the best possible transition decisions they could, in the best interests of the club he served nobly. He's a very wise man. He can retire from sport completely today, relatively young and in good health, and enjoy the fruits of his success with family away from the scrutiny of public eye. Or, at any time of his choosing, he can accept an offer he likes, in virtually any corner of the football world, and hold free reign and a blank cheque to do what he has always done well. Jurgen Klopp is an astute politician: always leave the audience begging for one more song.

The team Klopp build especially the 2018-2020 period was near perfect ! They came close in 2022 but Klopp really build a legacy that will be tough to replicate anytime soon ... 👏 Liverpool will take at least another 2-3 years to restart again with the right players ,they can....at the moment they lack proper center forward,need replacement for Salah,VVD and need a midfield general....
