Full Time Travel WEEK on the NSW Coast

Hey!
This weeks video is all about our 'day to day' travels in our caravan. You'll see what we get up to during a full time travel week.
We are currently travelling up the East Coast (NSW). We start the video in Hawks Nest then head to the Mungo Bush and Myall Lakes National Parks.
Take the caravan across a ferry to camp at Korsmans Landing. Then support a local butcher and have a cook up on the campfire.
After a day of exploring some local beaches we set up camp for a few days at Lake Forster Holiday Park. Walk to the lookout in the Booti Booti National Park and make Sausage Rolls to ease our 'bakery' cravings.

Highly recommend national parks near crescent head. And the bakery at crescent head is top shelf!! Those sausage rolls looked delicious! Well done.

As you head north from Tuncurry- Forster swing by Ellenborough Falls. Well worth the drive and an amazing walk and view

Last week, our old home town of Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. The week, our new home, The Great Lakes area! How beautiful is it? We now live at Hallidays Point and the waves on Black Head beach are the backing soundtrack to our lives. Lucky, aren’t we? But we were off in an adventure while you were here. There’s so many great places to visit as you travel up the coast; we’re only just starting to find them ourselves. The National Park Park at Point Plomer is a great one to go to, near the township of Crescent Head. You can’t go wrong anywhere you go really. All the areas around Port Macquarie, South West Rocks, up to Scotts Head, are all beautiful. Enjoy! And those sausage rolls looked amazing 🤤🤤🤤

Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest were part of the original land allocated to the Australian Agricultural Company. It encompassed all the land north of Port Stephens/Nelson Bay, initially to the Manning River near Taree. Very historic.

lismore mince poie the best - from southside bakery union street - may also be in Alstonville which also has show ground camping very noice, at the top of the hill short distance to ballina or lismore - further north murwillumbah showgrounds but must book

Wow. When i was a kid and lived in the western suburbs of Sydney we went to Tuncurry for several years in a row for our holidays with my uncle and aunt who until a year or so ago still went to the same caravan park at Tuncurry. In fact i think they went there for over 40 years in a row. He was a fisherman and loved fishing there. Love home made sausage rolls. I never knew the airfryer ovens were that great.

Hey! I love the Breville Smart Oven Airfryer. Although it does get warm so make sure the space around it/behind it is big enough for a bit of ventilation. Also if your getting an oven in the caravan then this is pretty much the exact same thing. So probably only buy if you won't have an oven in the Zone. happy travels!

@@CaravanAdventureAus there is a national park on the lower part of hathead.There is a caravan park in the township. Looks amazing in the reviews I’ve read. (Between Port Macquarie and Coffs)
