Social protocol states that you must go to school, you must do well, you must earn lots of money, get yourself into debt for the flash car and big house....then die!!! THAT is not how we are meant to live!! Experiences like the van life, the travel, the different cultures, the food.....they are priceless and cannot be bought!! Imagine the stories to tell your kids one day!! Awesome way to actually live.

Oh, I love it. I like the idea of minimalism but I do love my bits and bobs. This home is cute and cozy. What a lovely couple too.

Nice conversion. To be honest, one of my favorites. This appears to be a old Iveco Daily model 4912. The similar present model would be the Daily 55c17. Iveco offers a version which has more than 2 mts of internal height. It is higher than the H2 Sprinters or any other van in the market, as far as I know. With an internal lenght of about 4,50 Mts this model is also a bit longer than the extra-long 170" Sprinter. Some people may find it too big, but for me it is the best option for van conversion. The only drawback is that it is narrow at the bottom (same width as the Sprinter) and tapers quite a lot to the top. Also beware that those old Ivecos tend to get some rust in some areas (bottom of the doors, for instance), in special if you live by the beaches.

This van is gorgeous, because it looks really lived in. Lots of clutter, which probably would be too much for me, but which most likely has personal value to those guys and gives the van a lovely and homely feel. As always, great videography as well! 👍🏼😉

This actually was our inspirational movie for starting Vanlife. Thank you for sharing it and truely give us the courage to embrace this life style. Today we watched it again, after being on the road for 1 1/2 years and we feel just like this wonderful couple: free! Thank you again, guys, your videos are an inspiration❤️

I think this is the best layout of a van ever. I love the kitchen being horizontal behind the driver and passengers seats. It opens up the rest of the van with a wider, more spacious living area. I love the elevated bed too. Enjoy!

I loved this van, it's even got a great bathroom. They can even have company to stay over. As long as your not too bothered about privacy. It's brilliant.

When I first saw this, I thought, 'Wow, how can they live like that' then I silenced my inner snob and thought it's the most honest and realistic van tour I've seen in a while as it would look exactly like mine if I had one.

(Learned this in science class today) plants produce a small amount of co2 only during the night. So in a small not well ventilated space you'd basically be breathing co2 :). Just wanted to say this is my favorite van by far

Humans produce much more CO2 as compared to plants.. And please don't worry about plants; they do you no harm but only good..

This. Just this. Perhaps I'll find a lovely companion to share the traveling life with also - to share a shelf space with all our 'bits and bobs.' But even if not, a van layout like this will take me all across North America to see her beauty in comfort and with a feeling of always being at home. Hi Michael I'm on the sick at the moment I'm a veteran and have PTSD .but when I started I worked for driver hire which is a nation wide .all so worked on campsite the best part of it I might only work 1 week and have a couple of weeks of .if your not shy of work you will always find work .if you check my channel out I've got a bit about the van .and will do more and will answer any of your questions on a video. Livening on the road is the best thing I did wild and free .if you need to know more I'm here to help 👍

Love your setup I too have an 2004 Iveco daily RV. Mine looks like an egyptian temple inside and my friends say it looks like my home did. I've been living full time since 2013 and also have a KZfaq channel called Living Free In My RV. Good to see like minded people. May the Vegan force be with you
