Hie....this is only for govt employees...bt u can also book rooms for urself if u have any known person who is govt employee...They can show u as their guests bt u have to pay 3 times more ..eg...for 300 rs room,u have to pay 900 rs..

Car parking is not available in the hotel...but u can park ur car at station parking or other at paid parking near by....well that's a bit far from the hotel..

First you have to register yourself on e sampada app with relevant documents like govt I'd, appointment letter ,last promotion letter,salary slip. Then u can book ur room according to ur need...Hope this helps.😊
