I love Niblock but man this location sucks for the price they are asking for the homes. The better location is their development in Old Homestead next to a golf course.

so I will assume if people are following the rule of not buying 3x times your income. The families buying these homes are using both their incomes to pay for it. or if its a single person then that person is making 200k.
