I am having the same issue. I had the settings but had issues with my printer and had to remove it and now I can’t get it back. Any suggestions?

Bought a Epson 15000 on line in March 2022. Really excited to use it . Set everything up as per directions, put in the paper and hit print. Lots of noise but no printing. Would not pick up the paper from the tray. No problem returning it but no stock for another printer from anywhere I could find. Very dissappointed

I still cannot download the drivers correctly. It wont let me pick prem. matte or print from the rear . Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried everything i got a new ecotank 15000 and followed everything however when it prints all the colors are not correct i printed a rainbow and. The colors are not in order and the red comes out dark orange

So just making sure, you don't adjust anything in color correction? Everything I've seen shows adjusting colors manually wjere you increase brightness, contrast, density and change the adjustment to Adobe RGB 2.2 gamma. My colors are coming out ok but not super saturated and bold.

the listing says it can do 11x17 borderless, but it doesn't mention if it can do 13x19 borderless. do you know if it can? i especially need it for presentation settings.

Are the settings configured according to your graphic programs or the type of computer used? I just purchased epson 15000 and I have a Mac computer. The only graphic software I have is silhouette. I thought about canva but if you have recommendations on simple free software I’d like to know. I have purchased B’s ink and paper. Thx

I'm unable to get past the screen that says "Epson's Express Product Registration"... I'm unable to select 'No" and continue. When I select 'Yes' the update stops abruptly and I have to start over from scratch. This is my 4th time trying to install the drive. Please help.

You may need to do some print head cleanings to adjust it.

We were just setting our up yesterday and I noticed you missed a section on the printer itself after we aligned the print heads and such. It asked us what type of paper was loaded. What do we say here?

if that option comes up then you'll just select the paper that your going to us. So 8.5x11 or 11x 17

@@bwware I think it will just go by the sizing your setting needs to be premium presentation matte for the best quality prints

It's a great printer, the only issue I have with it is paper jam every now and then.

Hi, I’ve set up my printer exactly as you said. I have all the options. When I send to print, printer says it’s printing and when it’s done. However, paper doesn’t get pulled in and of course image does not print. Any thoughts? I’m pulling my hair out here. Anything you have is appreciated.

hello. I am having an issue with my printer. out of the box it will not print. not even the nozzle test will print. do you have some advice for me? tried updating drivers and nozzle cleaning.

You may have to contact epson, it honestly could just be a bad printer.
