Ariana isnt a powerhouse. She has range but in terms of power belts. Its not the same as the ladies from the 90s and before. If u know u know. Ariana even stated she does a trick with her voice to make it sound like shes belting hard when really she isnt. Also, they copied whit and mimis performance note for note. Real powerhouses dont do this. Jennifer Hudson covered Vision of Love and Patti Labelle did Love Takes Time and they made it their own. Divas of old…

No one can compare to Mariah and Whitney in their primes. Vocally unstoppable forces of nature. These two did a lovely job honoring the women who taught an entire generation how to sing. Let's try not to compare the two. Whitney & Mariah both had many documented issues singing live on tour, let's be honest. But they are still the best ever IMO. Let's throw Celine in there too.
