Positive energy and confidence come when i say jai sri ram from heart fully because i obversed many times, one day my heart beat is increasing due to my personal problem then suddenly i started to say jai sri ram countiously for few seconds then my heart beat came to normal position, if we really believed and worshipped to god then god will respond to us in our critical situation.
