I think its an awesome project, however I can see future issues ( homemade brake rotors, amongst other) its a true work of art nonetheless. Please drive safely as it wont be well protected in a crash

The UV light that comes from welding is very damaging. All the resins and paints used are mild carcinogens or lung irritants. Long term exposure is certain to hurt you. Paper masks you show being worn are not capable of adequate protection. It would be so sad for you do suffer ill health or die from creating these astonishing works of art. my best wishes to you all, to have fun and to keep making these gorgeous cars.
