There are so many impressive things this man does: self made iron tools, water wheel grinding and bellows (other videos), iron bow saw, water hammer, fish farm, concrete buildings, pottery... To me the most impressive tools he made are the various woven bamboo baskets. He's been using them for years now and most of them still appear intact.

For those who come to the comments to ask why the video is so long or where things like the rice field or new shirt have gone, he has mentioned in his pinned comment that this video is a compilation of previous videos. It is intended for people who want to binge a large chunk of the series in one video.

Желаю вам крепкого здоровья и счастья. Радуйте нас своими видео про такую прекрасную жизнь. Ни один голливудский фильм так не захватывает, как ваша простая история про гармонию человека и природы!!!!! 👏👏👏😊🌺🌺🌺🦋🦋🦋

To catch the fish, he didn't need to make this long bamboo platform, he just had to put a basket in the waterfall. //// Para capturar os peixes não precisava fazer essa longa plataforma de bambu, precisava somente colocar um cesto na caída de água.

Doing a great job. But I do have a suggestion... why don't you make a big gear on the water wheel output shaft and then connect to another smaller gear or several other gears and connect it to the grindstone. It would spin faster in doing so, and then you could hook multiple things like the blower as well without having to disconnect and re connect anything

Just finished watching your recent video. Wanted to commend your skill, hardwork and patience. FWIW, before retiring I operated a steam drop forge hammer. One of our last steps before running our first heat was to heat the dies. This kept the forging from sticking in the die but also to fill the impression. You might want to try heating your die (rock) before forging so you can get a little more forging time with your piece before it starts to cool off.. Just a suggestion. Pls keep up your fine videos!

Make a garden!!!! Yes I realize that you live in a forest, but none of those plants came from you! I saw, construct a personal garden for yourself! You are currently getting rid of a lot of trees, shrubs and grass to help clear space for your projects. That's great!!! But that's means that you're getting rid of beautiful scenery too :c You should build a garden, a place for you to retreat and relax into. A spot for you to have your afternoon tea, to relax, maybe have dinner. A spot where you can look out onto the beautiful nature and enjoy a little 'sanctuary'. Maybe plant beautiful flowers, some Shrubs, maybe even a tree or two. Imagine having a small concrete pool with koi fish swimming in there, maybe beautiful stone sculpture in there, one or two pagodas with lights inside them~ a coffee table and a bench to sit on and enjoy a drink or a snack. Maybe some plants inside some pots, some terraces with plants growing over top~ Reference picture on Pinterest: pin.it/7KVouSC
