@@johnmcwick1 Before the update 1.2.1 1 point of population growth lead to 1 point of workforce growth. But since 1.2.1 workforce can grow faster than population (if you research Professionalism invention or spend prestige on workforce growth speed). Then you'll get 1 workforce per 1 population, but sometimes you'll get 2 workforce per 1 population
