Honestly, Throughout all Five Seasons, I liked the moments that Steve had with DJ, Max, Tommy, and Jackson. As I was watching it, I found them to be such a cute little family. He was a great father figure to her kids. That was what won me over between Steve and Matt. Matt always seemed like a cool uncle.

@@marysnook98 It's not that her husband was not the one. I'm sure he was perfect for her. However, this show was about her trying to move on from his death. And in terms of her moving on, Steve was the right choice.

I just got done watching this episode! That DJ and Steve scene was fantastic! I thought Steve was going to say DJ's name at the wedding! Just like Ross did at his wedding saying Rachel's name.. But this scene was so much better. One of my favorite scenes now! I wonder how this is going to play out!

Poor Steve, he's clearly in love with DJ still. He just felt like moving on with CJ was the right thing to do and I don't doubt that he loves her, as well but she's not DJ. They're most likely gonna be end-game, just curious to see how it plays out. How long they'll make the viewers wait.

It is going to be extremely disappointing if nothing comes out of this discovery, and they just continue to settle with their significant other at the moment. Steve and DJ have too much love and chemistry to pass up & not be together. DJ and Matt's relationship just doesnt have depth for me, almost seems pretentious even. As for Steve and CJ, it's way too soon to get married and CJ only reminds Steve of DJ. Steve & DJ are meant to be together, sighs.

I agree. I think Steve will either run off on the big day or say the wrong name. Or maybe something will happen at the bachelor/bachelorette parties where Steve and/or DJ get drunk and confess their feelings to the other guests? All kinds of stuff can happen. I could just be biased but I just don't see this wedding happening as planned with all these hints about DJ and steves connection, doubts about Matt etc.

Evie Perez Steve clearly doesn’t only see Cj because he looks genuinely shocked , and almost a little upset she didn’t say this sooner so that’s not fair to her . Plus Dj constantly has doubts about Matt which ain’t fair to him.I mean , I personally wouldn’t wanna be with anybody who doesn’t only see me - so and they have sooooo much history and are so cute so I love Dj and Steve . If they keep trying to come back to each other there is a reason for it .

It was so obvious before the wedding, that Steve would not marry CJ. I personally think CJ should have called the wedding off. Steve was avoiding his true feelings for DJ, and CJ knew that. If I were CJ I would never have made it all the way to the altar.
