I like how every stage of the process is so clean and healthy. Definately export quality. I'm sure everyone in Europe will want to eat in these plates.

As a indian living in west for years , I can appreciate everything the workers are doing. If the company and have all these machines and technology they can easily make guards for the moving parts. And the ladies should not wear saree..very dangerous . They are lucky going home without losing the arm and legs..

It is mostly a social occasion for the women. Otherwise it is a mind numbing job. Most of the jobs available to women and men are mind numbing unless you work in a trade.

They're doing their best and so don't knock them? So you was there to observe and interview them in order to then know why they are doing their best to keep the work place looking like a chit hole? If you condone them making products in a that place that are used for serving food, then I can only imagine how filthy you keep your own house and work areas! They can EASILY do some cleaning in order to significantly reduce the chances of a biological epidemic! and for anyone else who thinks otherwise, you can easily search the videos on here where millions upon millions of these people across their country pizz and chit right in the streets, all over the beeches in front of people, and dump millions of gallons of RAW sewage right in their rivers where by news teems documented their citizens bathing in it and using the water to cook with, and when asked about the risk, many said there was no worry because their god shiva makes their bodies immune to any sicknesses that would result from bathing in and consuming human pizz and chit...WoW talk about grossly careless people!

Sempre que vejo videos de algumas fabricas indianas percebo que não se preocupam em manter limpos o ambiente e as máquinas, isso torna o visual muito desagradável de olhar! Aqui no Brasil geralmente as fabricas, mesmo as pequenas e de lugares distantes são sempre mais limpas e agradáveis do que essas mostradas!

Ink/ dye being used to create print of leaves, is that approved by food authority ? Looking to scale of manufacturing, I am sure it won't be. If so, could be risky to eat in such plates.

Every body is talking about automation and cleanness, do you know what you are eating, where the food is cultivate, for example in urban areas you are eating vegetables from garbage water , you eating chicken from broiler/farm, that chicks are grown with the help of chemical food and injected steroids, do you know that, some one say that potato chips, do you know where the potato's are cultivated? and most important which polluted air are breathing? i say strongly your breathing air is 60% pollution (how much polluted particles in PPM), but in villages their breathing oxygen is 95% clean, they eating food is chemical free grown in their fresh farm, And one more thing really they don't know ENGLISH pronunciation and definitions, they never go to world tour or industrial examinations for which is fully automated, which semi automated, so they are working for family maintenance but not earning money in $ or Euro's , There is no Industrial development in This Country Villages, Please let them wish for improvement, This comment is not criticise any one this is just for know the facts about their life.. Thank You

Steve Rice its called “wall eye” and its a result(usually) of oxygen deprivation before or during birth. It can be surgically corrected, but that would take moneys and a facility nearby. I dont think thats an option for these people.

Good for them they know not what Full Automation is otherwise they wouldn't have jobs. Anyway these Buffet Plates are what these people put their food on to eat on the ground or floor. Not our way but theirs.
