Lovely homes.. yes my husband would spend $30k on a pergola. We are in Houston so being outside year around is nice. Here is the opposite for us, it's only cold 2-3 months out of the year.

Hi Sanaz, I am from Melbourne Australia and new to your channel. So in love with your work. Have watched most of your videos within a short amount of time. I will be building my home shortly and thanks to you, I will be taking heaps of tips from your videos for the interior decor. About the pergola, it feels a part of the house. I would spend 40k If I got money. Would be so useful when having Bbq and entertain friends and family. I am planning to have an alfresco back of my house.

Gorgeous decoration ! I love your style. Pergola for $ 30.000? No way !😂 We have Monaco Aluminum Pergola 14 ft. x 12 ft. it looks exactly the same, but the price for Monaco pergola is only $3,899. Greeting from Florida.

Pergola looks really nice, I think its not worth spending 30K for the city with cold wheather. You can hardly enjoy summer months of outdoor.
