I think powder washroom banane k bajaye kitchen ko thora bara kar lena chaiye taake atleast fridge rakhne ki jaga ho and ek darwaza bahir jane ka ho for washing and stuff, itne chote kitchen waale ghar practical nai hote.

You one bedroom downstairs in 5 maralas and you charge 10 maralas price i reject your house you have to make two bedrooms and two living rooms downstairs and same upstairs four bedroom and four living in two storey in 5 maralas house

Price is always of plot n finishing. It has nothing to do with no.of rooms. But yes i agree they are charging too much n believe me a 5 marla house when you visit, looks so congested with this much designing. It doesnt have openness feeling at ground level specially.

3 coror 30 lacs is a munasib price for 5 marla house, are you for real😅 This is more than enough price itny mn 8 marla tak ghar ajaye for 5 marla price is normally 2 cror 25 to 50 lac which is already too high due to inflation but this is the running price nowadays

Over expensive, aur yekahi se fully furnished nhi hai, Split AC tuk nhi lgy hue aur incomplete furniture rakha huwa, not good enough as mentioned in video, otherwise it's just okay
