Kawasaki worked with Bajaj/Pulsar to produce the NS200, among other bikes. The engine case says DTS-i, which is correct for the brands. Depending on which country you purchased the bike it might be a Pulsar or Kawasaki. ...now whether or not this bike was is truly as dilapidated as it initially appears... Plastic doesn't rust and mud doesn't have brush strokes...

This might be an ns200 or 160 but bajaj has partnership with kawasaki in some countries. Even in India many years back there was some partnership. My uncle still has a boxer which is branded kawasaki boxer although it was a bajaj motorcycle

I own 1 of this bikes.i love to see restorations about that bike.but in this case it seems kind of staged ,though the frame needs total replacement for those rust must make the frame integrity less and can cause accident if snaps in middle of the ride.
