This is pretty yummy... We didn't have mulberries, so we did use almond flour instead. Krazy Kristina does it again. This crust is insanely yummy. We did have to go lighter on the coconut water in order to get it to freeze in time, but we're so doing this again!

This recipe looks so much easier than other of your recipes that have a ton of ingredients. One of the things about eating raw that I love the most is how easy and simple it is. If it gets too complicated, is it really worth all that effort and money (expensive ingredients) for something that would only be good for a few days? I am a practical person and on a budget like most. Anyways, this is not meant as a critic but actually as a thank you for coming up with something simple I would be willing to try. Just some things to consider for future recipies.

Saw your behind the scenes last night on Snapchat, and thought, "Oh! YUMM!!" I have been looking for a Valentine's Day recipe and didn't find the SWEET SPOT feeling that settles over Mee when I find something just right. So this morning, when checking Snapchat, saw your video was up, so I came and watched it. ----I live in NORTHERN Alberta, Peace River area, and it is not summer here, and there are very limited stores and products here; but I thought I remembered seeing frozen cherries at one of our stores. So today my daughter and I went a looking for frozen rasp and frozen cherries and WALA! We even found a couple young coconuts and opened them and used that milk and meat for this recipe! It WAS SOOO good taste testing while we were making it. Currently in the freezer, can't wait to try it out! I will say though that if ANYONE can make this after we did, and after we found all the ingredients, then really seriously, anyone can make this raw delight!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing LOVE your hard work and effort! And thank you for staying up so late last night, because now, thanks to you, we will have an amazing dessert on Valentines Day, my husband and three kids and Mee!
