So sad to read the mean comments. Her beauty reflects her health and I would bet that she has a kind heart. Perhaps it make you feel good to be unkind. What a sad life you must have. Try to be kind - you will be rewarded in the end. For the video: Great video and the smiles are uplifting and inspiring.

Thanks Kristina. I love to try different salad dressings on my exotic salads. Been a vegan for 35 years and people think I look 35. Very funny. You really see the value of this diet once you hit your late 40's and 50's. That's when you recoup the real benefits of great health and youthful skin. So happy I made this choice years ago. Keep up the great work in sharing your wonderful recipes. Very much appreciated!

I like to make one similar to your cucumber green dressing, but I add soaked cashews for a creamy taste. Then I add nutritional yeast, salt, chives, pepper, tiny bit of maple syrup, and herbs to make a vegan "ranch" dressing. People can't believe it's vegan!!!

Demitri Sargent that’s exactly it! People on dead food have dead personalities and can’t imagine true vibrant raw energy and enthusiasm. It’s strange that people criticize her for happiness and enthusiasm yet don’t see the ugliness that they show by criticizing such a happy and healthy young lady. So twisted

Girl, you are SO FUN!!! An inspiration! Quickly, I'm a very young 66 yr. old with no grey hair, modeled for 47 years so far, vegetarian since age 12 (not to say I have't fallen off the wagen a time or two, etc.), used to quit my $40,000/yr. supervising international law firms just to work at a health food store (for peace, to learn, to get healthier, to teach) for minimum wage. Watching you today was to inspire me and remind me of cool recipes as my precious hubby has made the decision to join me and "GO RAW" -- My favorite job was at a health food store where I was the cook, waitress, chief bottle washer, etc., but I started filling the 5 table restaurant to where I was busy creating meals, full-time for this sweet clientelle at this cool job. I don't usually have time to reach back but you are truly so beautiful, energetic, adorable, etc., if ANYBODY can "touch" the hearts to return them to rawness and health, it's you and folks like you. I truly salute you! With love and support, Rev. Dr. Soozi Lohbeck Saile

Hi Fancytub! I don't remember exacly but I usually use 1 big mango or 2 medium-size mangoes (really ripe and with amazing scent). I only put about 5 medjool dates. I haven't used much rosemary because the quality in the supermarket is not the best and I've found out that too much of that supermarket herb ruins the sauce. I don't know if I put anything else .... If I were doing it right now I would had a bit of lime and tangerine juice eheheheheh

venushalley that's true but there are many varieties of salad dressing. All salad dressing isn't just a oil and seasonings. Most salad dressings that are oil and or vinegar are a Mediterranean style. Most western people are use to the Mediterranean style dressing that's popular in stores because it has a long shelf life

I tried the cucumber dill dressing. Sorry but I didn't like it. It's not creamy. It's kinda gritty. I want to try the zoodles but ..... I'm afraid. Has anyone tried making this yet?

perhaps with some kind of fat in it (i.e avocado, hemp seeds, etc..) you might just appreciate way more.
