and let's not forget about the fact that he used to be named frank back when he worked as a camp counselor there are also 4 photos scattered around the 2 stud camp that reveal a bit of the backstory - one shows sarah and frank spending time together - one shows just frank - one is mostly black with a green blip on it saying something like "miss you" - and the final one by the hidden campfire with impaled mannequin heads says something like "never change, you spud!" additionally, spud's real identity was confirmed by folly when she talks to him or gnarpy, as she can see people's minds and now knows exactly what frank went through
