There are 1000's of videos on KZfaq for making DIY slime or gak, but what if you could play with MAGNETIC SLIME! Yes, Today Kalium will be using neodymium magnets (rare earth magnets) to play with putty that contains MILLIONS of tiny micron-sized magnets embedded within!
I was inspired by the vat19 channel, who has done some CRAZY stuff with magnets! This putty would be perfect for a fun science experiment using magnets and other objects to show how magnetic fields work. When you think of the science and physics behind this stuff, it really is awesome!
This project would be great for boys, for girls, for teens, and for kids. Watch the time lapse clips in the video to see the magnetic forces at work! They are cute, fun, and insane all at the same time!
This magnetic putty isn't a kids toy. As always, when playing with rare-earth magnets and this putty, use parental supervision and make sure to keep the magnets away from phones, watches, computers, tablets, and storage devices.
I think playing with putty and slime is oddly satisfying. It helps relieve stress and allows you to use your imagination! What do you think?
