Trying Gujarat Famous Dish Bhungla Batata I made this Bhungla Batata in @Stahl Artisan FryPan & it came out so perfect So sharing the detailed recipe so you can also try this at home😋 Ingredients 3 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chilli 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp Coriander Powder 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala Salt to Taste 1/4 cup Water Boiled Potatoes Coriander Leaves for Garnishing Some Fryums Method 1- take a pan and heat oil 2- add garlic, ginger and green chilli and saute on low flame 3- add above mentioned masala and cook 4- add water, boiled potatoes, cover and cook till the masala releases oil from sides 4- finely garnish with coriander leaves 5- fry the fryums Serve hot and Enjoy😊

I am also from Gujarat in Vayar it is known as ponga bataka you can also try khaman .Khaman is made from ground channa daal grind the dal and add channa gram flour, usually with lemon juice, semolina, and curd make a better and cook it like we cook cake .A final tadka can be added, using ingredients such as asafoetida and chillies in oil. You should try it ,it is very good and delicious. This can be sweet and chatpata as well for making it sweet you have to add some sugar and for chatpata make it as it is told. Please try and give a reaction .
