This is so helpful! I was wondering whether you could make a video specifically on PCOS and amenorrhoea? I would really prefer not to rely on birth control, especially with the long term side effects, but I don’t really know what else to do

I'm 29, used to have ED in 2019 but now I'm recovered. However, I still have no period I have FSH & LH at normal level but low in oestradiol

Thanks for this video. I have a question. I was pregnant 3 months ago. I had one period after I delivered my baby, but it is going to be two months now without another period. I’m not breastfeeding. Could you tell me if this should be a cause of concern. I’m 39, and I want to get pregnant ASAP.
