Man I have tried to understand it based on some other KZfaq video and I was not able to do so. I went to hit few gravity bongs with some cannabis and RSO. First off, thanks for the video. Things are a lot clearer now if not totally so. I do have a question: I notice that in order to use lambdas there MUST be a functional interface which is implemented. I also notice that there was the static method printThing ( ) which was used to, if I may, "reference" the printable Interface and in fact was never discarded throughout the process. So, my question is: is this "referencing" static method ALWAYS a necessity (for using lambdas) and if so, must it be static?
