Welcome to the Fundamentals of Point-of-Care Ultrasound Certificate Program at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences. We are excited to have you join our Program (POCUS) the first offered in the Region.
This unique program is designed for busy healthcare providers interested in enhancing their practice by incorporating Point-of-Care Ultrasound in their daily clinical life. This is a one-year program that is delivered in a hybrid blended format. It combines engaging online activities, face-to-face workshops with comprehensive hands-on practice, and plenty of opportunities to receive feedback from expert faculty.
The program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to confidently use ultrasound at the point of care in 5 fundamental focused applications (Lung, cardiac, trauma, first trimester, and Abdominal Aorta)
