Multitasking, 5.Sleeping by covering head, 6. Too much artificial sugar consuming, 7. Overeating, 8.Playing loud music with earphones or headphones, 9. Lack of proper sleep, 10. Skipping breakfast, 11. Not drinking enough water, 12. No exercise.

I have a question about multitasking. Is taking notes while watching video also considered multitasking? And if yes then is there anyway to take notes and watch video without multitasking.

No, Engaging in similar tasks should not be considered as multitasking because your brain is basically focusing on the same (one) thing. However, if you are engaging in different types of activities where you are thinking about completely different things at the same time, it is a case of multi tasking. E.g. reading comments and listening to the video. The comments will make you think about one thing, whereas the video at that moment may be speaking about another thing.

Pta nhi kyu mera to koi sleep schedule hi nhi hai..kyunki mai 11-12 ghante bhi so skta hu jyada bhi so skta hu....aur exams me sirf 5-6 ghante me bhi kaam ho jata hain..lekin pta nhi kyu mai ek constant sleep hours ko maintain nhi kar paa rha hu...
