@@Judge247 two things there: * First, the stock market is forward looking, so small caps will boom as rate cuts become imminent, *as well as* after rates are cut * Second, the risks of "bad" companies are already priced in, and rates coming down will provide the greatest relief to those companies, so they may go up more than "good" companies in response. I've been watching both the Russell 2000 and S&P 600 (which only has profitable small caps), and the Russell 2000 has been increasing way more in response
