+lumbini35 Hello, actually I'm retired, and travel a lot on my own now. I'm still very much involved in helping find inexpensive ways to take ophthalmic photographs. I still travel a lot. I got some spectacular photos on my visit to Nepal. I am SO sorry about the earthquake, and all the damage it did, and how it hurt so many people. Regarding ophthalmic photography, the biggest change I've been involved in, is to switch from a dedicated camera to a suitable smartphone. Google designed a phone that could be sold inexpensively, and for only $85 USA we were able to buy Karbonn Sparkle V phones that are far more suitable than a similarly priced camera. At some point in the near future, the support for this phone will be made with a 3D printer. It can be used with a slit lamp, or by holding a 20D lens in front of it, the goal is to make an inexpensive fundus camera. Sorry about the facebook - I refuse to let myself get trapped in it. Hello again. If you've got a better idea, let's discuss it. Keep in mind that the smart phone we used sells for only 4000 INR or less. How are you? Did the earthquake damage your facility as well as all the photos and videos I have seen? Terrible. I'll be back in India in October.
