Yeah it is a skit. You can’t give someone a drug that puts them to sleep for that amount of time, without bringing them to the verge of death. It would require an anesthesiologist who’s willing to loose his license to pull something like this off. The only drugs that put you to sleep like this also prevent you from breathing (why surgery patients are intubated). If someone wanted to do this prank it could be done with ketamine. But you’d be sending the dude on a serious trip and he’d only be knocked out for 45 minutes. The Thai cave rescue actually did just that, they used ketamine and Valium, but they had to inject the kids every 45 minutes to keep them asleep.
