Your explanations are the best! The content is great but there are others with great content. The way you speak your script is what makes your content stand out. I try to follow the other guys who read out loud and it's so hard to pay attention to a monologue but you speak to the audience and that is what makes listening to you fun and interesting. The very funky house, the deep rectangular space in the wall you dont know why is there just might be where a bed goes to ensure warmth in the cold winter.

The heat is going right up the stairs in the first home shown, where the woodstove leans on the side of the brick fireplace. Would be a challenge to keep the heat downstairs.

Loved the first two homes, but as a builder the last one is a master class in bad design in my opinion. it's well built and very technical to build is the only positive thing I can say about it really. way over priced for a one bed house...
