Just to add something. The issue is that many "kids" use the word ''Karen" improperly. In this specific clip, it's OK to assume she was a Karen, judging by her way of handling the issue, but in many other scenarios the staff is the one triggering the whole circumstance for not doing their job well. Imagine this was her 3rd or 4th time telling them to add sauce but they didn't, of course she would get pissed. 🙃
