Some people really freak me out with the way they treat their animal companions...like feeding junkie sugar lollipops to their cats, holding tiny powerless dogs over water and cackling with glee while they frantically air-swim, and admonishing their animals for natural animal behavior (like foraging for food, finding it and eating it) in a way that obviously absolutely terrifies the them.
