Let’s face it. You never get the best experiences on camera. I once spent an entire morning sitting in my backyard watching baby cardinals practice their flying. (Parents overlooking nearby) Our extremely overgrown flora provided a perfect little spot for them. The branches weren’t too far away from each other, and if they missed the landing there was another branch underneath to catch them. Probably the best thing I have ever seen. (Honestly, it was so cool that I didn’t even think about getting a camera.) Baby cardinals are adorable little gray chicks with mohawks 😊. We had a really rarely sited bird decide to take a layover in our yard. My sister (5 at the time) managed a surprising accurate crayon drawing! We still have it somewhere. I am jealous of all of you who have seen bald eagles, even if the picture didn’t come out right. The “Heron eating frog” picture looks like it could be a photographic illustration for Aesop’s fables!

Since I detest spiders, I always get a bit of a shock when they appear in pictures. You ought to respect the fact, that there are many people like me. We can't help it. It's just there. I was getting ready for bed and now I have to deal with this anxiety again. But I came here to relax. Know your audience and serve it better.

@@athenathegreatandpowerful6365 It's YOU who has to do the growing up. I didn't choose this phobia. It was passed on to me, and to many others as well. It was extra installed during a 'holiday' in which I was abused at camp and there were a lot of spiders there. I got two other phobias that same week as well, it was That traumatizing. You don't outgrow such things. Perhaps you can get in a similar horrid situation once in your own life, to teach you some understanding And some manners. You don't even have the power to overcome your big blabbing mouth, so you're not that great.

@@gardenjoy5223 I spent years being abused. Physical, sexual and psychological. 17+ years of it. Pretty much daily. I have nerve damage in my lower back from beatings. The only thing that gives me "anxiety" is heights and I still fly. I still wear a belt, use a bread board, use a coffee pot, have sex, etc. That was then, this is now. I grew up. I knew that was the best way to actually Live. How much rent free headspace are you going to give that? There are spiders everywhere. Literally everywhere. No matter what your spider is- it's THERE.

@@athenathegreatandpowerful6365 So how come you are THIS uncaring? You really should know better. And I did grow up and overcame very many problems. If you knew me, you'd be proud of me and perhaps even look up to me. But that first sight of a spider so big on the screen and so close-by, is something I can't get under control. But I do dare to work in the yard by now and indeed there are spiders everywhere. But it makes quite a difference, when you are prepared for that and know you can see one flee you, then when you have one pop-up in your face unexpectedly that big, when you want to relax. Did your harsh youth make you unpleasant and uncaring and even mean to others? Then I can tell you, that Your journey of recovering isn't over either. Don't play such a jerk!

@@gardenjoy5223 sweetie, the World is NOT going to stop for you or anyone. It's not a padded safe place and never has been. Uncaring? Hardly. I just have little patience for people who are into self glurge. Pity poor me, I broke a nail, pity poor me, someone was rude to me, pity poor me, I wasn't cosseted as a child, pity poor me, something vile happened to me. Oh please. There used to be a saying- I do not suffer fools easily. And another one was- Get over yourself. Cher in Moonlighting said it well, Snap out of it, and then she slapped Nick Cage HARD. There's abuse and then there's Wake Up. Some people never wake up.
