I mean tbh, I was staying at a hotel’s once with a bunch of friends. Went to sleep in a bed of my own, woke up later and saw I was sharing it. I don’t drink either, so it’s not like I was disoriented in any way that would make me unaware. It’s very possible.

Thats the prosecutions defense. They are claiming he shot himself because she would have been incapacitated after the first shot. It broke her arm so how would she have shot him in the left leg. It just isn't reasonable.
