A New game plus means to begin to the first chapter again, but performance, cars, and other stuff you've bought are still remains and can be used for first chapter until end. It's different than a "New Game" one that means Re-Start the Game, and lose all of your performance, cars, money, and stuff (so it's begin from 0)

hmm, not sure about that, i have the game and it just has the normal car horn, probably some sort of rare glitch, that's why 69bandicoot put the 'WTF??' at the moment it gave chase.

Oh ya and little note here that, this glitch only work on Chapter 1 until Chapter 4. So you need to begin from "New Game Plus".

Ah found the glitch why this happened. the reason is at first, I used a 'Corvette Zr1 Police', and find some 3 police convoys chasing a runaway. then I put my Corvete police away around them, and Join the chase. then I turn shift back to my corvette, then let's the runaway get away. After that, We've lost the runaway, but then quickly get into garage, and choose any random cars. then go around something tower & high buliding place (like the video above) and you'll meet a Police Tanner car.

Oh, it does, but sometimes doesn't D: All everything I got here is, when I attack the Tanner's car (which wasn't from originated from Garage/Mission, or It's been used from another driver), there's as police.

And maybe next time I'll upload how's the glitch work, and this glitch is really one of the rare glitch that I've never seen before.

As I was saying, the developers probably programmed it that way to add that little touch of detail. It could also be a joke. Tanner's line seems to fit that idea.

+Jason Hook Once you spend WP on everything (garages, upgrades, cars). You're kinda stuck with an ever-increasing amount of points, be it from income or stunts. Makes me a little worried about what would happen if that value were to hit a byte limit.

+Benjamin Fuller (Dallenson) I would imagine 2,147,483,647. Its the maximum positive value for a 32-bit signed binary integer in computing. It is therefore the maximum value for variables declared as integers in many programming languages, and the maximum possible score, money, etc. for many video games. I copy-pasted most of this from Wikipedia, because this shit is too much for me to keep switching windows and typing. But you get the point. Once it hits this, it should simply stop counting up.
