The last commercial is sad because it's really saying "we abuse the generosity of our employees because they can't afford to get better jobs and nobody else will pay them for the valued jobs they have, but it's ok, because we gave 3 of them something so that their holidays weren't the worst. The other hundreds (thousands?) of employees can just stuff their heads in a toilet for all we care."
