Seriously, the first one brings back a bad memory. I was fixing a light socket for a friend. I was on a stepstool and had my arms over my head, in the box restripping wires for a new lamp holder. Yes, the power was off. My friend (term used loosely here) decided to dry fire his AirSoft paint gun across the room. I jumped, tensed, and felt electricity run down my arms! Turns out that when I jumped I ruptured a disc that was bulging for years from a car accident I was in back in my twenties, and the extruded disc material was pressing into the sheath surrounding my spinal cord. I was recommended for a multiple level discectomy and vertebrae fusion, which I elected not to do. I let my body heal as much as possible on its own, and two years later the tingling and electric shocks in my arms subsided. The moral: DON'T FUQ WITH THE PERSON WHO'S FIXING YOUR ELECTRICITY! She'll remember and you will get yours! Oh! At the time he thought it was funny as hell and said "Why'd you jump, you knew the power was off?" Asshole.

Unfortunately it's very punishing on the body (especially when you're a chick and you feel you have to prove yourself worthy to everyone you encounter, male or female). I'm running an office now that I'm older and feeling everything I've done over the years, lol! It was a great job while it lasted though.
