■ Ingredients for braised mackerel for life **Measuring rice spoons!
1 raw mackerel, 500g radish, 1 green onion, 1 onion, 2 red peppers, 2 green peppers, 6T mirim, 1L water

Cut mackerel - 1T thick salt, 1T vinegar, 1T flour, water
■ Ingredients for a lifetime fish stew
Soy sauce 5T, red pepper powder 4T, sugar 3T, oyster sauce 2T, vinegar 1T,
1T full of soybean paste, 1T minced garlic, 1/2T minced ginger, 1/3T thick salt, 10 spins of pepper
※ You can also use it for other fish stews such as braised hairtail!
■ How to make braised mackerel for life
1. Remove the peritoneum and fins and wash them in running water.
2. Put mackerel, flour 1T, thick salt 1T, vinegar 1T, and cold water in a bowl and soak it for 20 minutes.
※ It's the process of catching the fishy smell of mackerel and hardening the flesh!
3. Slice 1 green onion diagonally. Slice 1 onion. Slice 1 red pepper and 1 green pepper diagonally.
4. After peeling 500g of radish, cut it into 1cm thick pieces and divide it into two halves.
5. Making fish stew for life - 5T soy sauce in a bowl, 4T red pepper powder, 3T sugar, 2T oyster sauce, 1T vinegar,
Add 1/3T of thick salt, 1T of minced garlic, 1/2T of minced ginger, 1T of full soybean paste, and 10 rolls of pepper and mix.
6. Spread radishes on a preheated wok and boil over high heat with 2T of lifelong fish stew and 1L of water.
7. When the water boils, close the lid and boil over medium heat for 15 minutes.
8. Wash mackerel in running water after 20 minutes until clear water comes out!
9. After 15 minutes, add mackerel, and place 1T of marinade on top of each slice.
※ Leave 1T of marinade for seasoning!
10. Add chopped green onions, onions, red peppers, green peppers, and 6T mirim and boil over high heat for 5 minutes.

11. Close the lid and boil it for 10 minutes, then add green onions, red peppers, and green peppers. It's done!
