Sustainability educator and career coach Katie Kross explains the landscape of MBA career options in sustainability, ESG, and impact-related careers. She shares hiring trends as well as tips on how to navigate the job search, how to prepare yourself as a successful candidate, and how to network effectively.
Katie is the Managing Director of the Center for Energy, Development, and the Global Environment (EDGE) at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where she works with MBA and Master of Environmental Management (MEM)/MBA joint degree students.

Amazing presentation Katie, this is exactly what I was looking for as I am exploring the field of decarbonization and sustainability. after 20 years in aerospace, I feel like that it is time for me to pivot to a more meaningful and intentional career and to work on on the most important challenges of our time (global warming). It is daunting to look at job posting that require experience and certifications that I don't have, but I am brainstorming to see how I can transfer I skills I already have to this new field. I will explore the MBA programs at Fuqua even though it might not be easy for to relocate to North Carolina. Thanks again I learnt a lot in this presentation
