Finally, I'm so happy that I wait and oder Furbulous box instatt of the Pure Max. Love that it has a flat top. I only hop is that you will add in a function to makes it easier to fill it with cat litter.

Why does my box keep showing 'cats around' when I start it up? It remains the same no matter which button I press. Can anyone here help？ Thanks in advance!

Are there or are you going to do videos about introducing the box and getting cats switched over from traditional litter boxes?

I have the Litter Robot & what I did for my cats is add a layer of used/old litter on top of new litter. Then I left the device off until they were comfortable with it. I also sat next to them with treats & let the LR rotate. Took about a week of leaving it off and only turning it on when they weren’t in the room. They got used to it with no issues. I’ve read how some people had to completely remove the old box to get their cat to finally use the LR. It might take your cat a few days or even months until they’re comfortable using the Furbulous. If your cat likes catnip, I would suggest putting some in the Furbulous to entice them.

Pretty straightforward to setup but the way to load litter is bonkers. Like how am I supposed to get leverage . There should be a function that tilts it up. I wound up removing the top separating the drum and turning it up manually because it was the only way to get the correct angle to get my litter to pour.

Save your money, 3.5 months in, the drum stopped rotating. I've contacted their customer service twice and they have been very vague telling time to just reset the box, switch it on and off ...$500 later and I just have an oversized litter box I'm manually cleaning myself. Very disappointing. It will be great for a month or two, and then will die on you.

How much litter can be added?

The litter box can contain up to 5.5lbs/2.5kg cat litter, which is one bag of Furbulous Glaring Litter. We have Max and Minimum lines printed on the litter bed to help you manage the amount of litter you will need to add.
